Description

Flowering summer to early fall.
Height    15-60 cm.

Inflorescence      

a spike.
Leaves  usually absent, to a few; blade ovate to obovate; bracts usually reduced to absent.
Flowers

green or yellow, resupinate; lateral and dorsal sepals entire; lip margins entire; lip adaxial surface usually grooved.

Spur    terete, reduced at apex.
Rostellum  oriented forward.
Viscidia  circular to subcircular.

 

Habitat

At higher elevations, wet to seasonally wet, to dry.
