Description

Flowering	spring to summer.
Height	20-45 cm.
Inflorescence	a spike.
Leaves	two, paired basally; blade orbiculate to elliptic.
Flowers	green to yellow, resupinate; all margins entire; sepals usually strongly reflexed toward axis.
Spur	terete.
Viscidia	circular to subcircular.

Habitat

Dry to seasonally wet areas.  Woodlands to pine barrens.
