Distribution

Description

Flowering spring, summer, fall.
Inflorescence   a spike.
Leaves
one to four; blade lancolate to oblong; bracts reduced distally;
bracts frequently ascending.
Flowers
green-yellow, small, inconspicuous; lip margin entire to erose, single 
prominent tubercle at base; sepal margins entire.
Spur terete to club shaped.
Rostellum lobes oriented downward.
Viscidia circular to subcircular to quadrangular to irregular.

 

Habitat

Wet prairies, wet swampy woodlands, riparian floodplains.
